I will not return to this place! On 7.16.21 the nail tech (older woman with gray hair on top only) accidentally stuck a sharp metal instrument too deeply on the side of my nail bed! I immediately reacted and told her that she was hurting me. She apologized and I allowed her to continue. At this time, towels were too hot and stones were too hot, as well. I told her each time. I left there with a little pain in my big toe due to the instrument. Well, two days later I called to inform them that my toe was throbbing, swollen, and seeping pus and blood. They asked me to come show them. I drove 17 miles on a Sunday with 3 kids in tow to prove my injury. When I came in that same nail tech asked if I was the one who called (she knew what was going on). They asked me to sit in a Pedi chair while a different tech tried to fix my toe. I allowed them to apply two things to clean my wound before realizing that they were trying to cajole me into denying the injury. I kept saying to just refund the money. The new tech started fussing at the old tech in their native tongue (how rude as they speak good English!). I asked for the manager. A man came over and said that I had an ingrown nail. How would he know when he didn’t service me. I had to ask for a refund several times. He yelled at the lady who injured me and finally refunded my money. The tech apologized profusely to me and the man. See pics of my toe which is still injured (7.26.21)…

Very unprofessional and rude, my friends toes were literally bleeding from the file and she repeated asked not shorten her toenails but the lady completely ignored her and was ignorant to my friends needs and left her in pain with bloody toes. Do not recommend!

First time I’ve visited since new ownership, and I was very pleased! The leg/foot massages lasted extra long, and the results of my pedicure were beautiful. When I got home, I fell in my driveway and ruined my pedicure. I called (AFTER closing time) to see if I could come get the polish used so I could try to touch it up myself (because I was leaving the next morning on vacation), and not only did the owner wait on me, but she redid my toenails! Wow! EXCELLENT service! Thank you, and I will definitely be back!

Came here with a group of friends. When we booked with them, we stressed how we all needed to finish about the same time to make dinner reservations and that starting at different times in order to accomplish this was absolutely okay. Needless to say, I was the first to have my Mani/pedi started and was the last to finish…and missed dinner because of it. I was there from 5:30-8 while almost everyone else was done in time. Additionally, one of my friends had to skip her planned manicure because of the unnecessary time crunch, which of course seemed to really piss off the employees.

Seems like people either love this place or hate it. Maybe it’s according to who does your nails. It was Not a good experience for me. It was painful and the lady drew blood. The tips she put on were too large so she just kept trying to file them with the electric file. That’s how she drew blood. I could go on and on but I’ll just say, I won’t be going there ever again. ☹️ ….

They were able to fit me in as a walk-in no problem. Was greeted warmly by receptionist Ben & offered wine as soon as I took my seat. Jeni gave me an amazing pedicure – the foot massage was so relaxing & one of the best I’ve ever had!
