I’ve been going to Nail 2000 for years. I’ve been to numerous nail techs in multiple cities and it never compares to Nail 2000. The staff is knowledgeable and so courteous. Had a pedicure done on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I was heading for a cruise on Saturday and noticed 2 toes had no polish (not happy) by Sunday on the cruise all my toes except for 1 had polish. When I got back from cruise I contacted them they said we will fix it. After doing pedicure they charged me because they said that couldn’t have happened. I am not a liar and don’t appreciate their attitudes and poor customer service. Anyone know the polish stays on forever. Needless to say not going back and my friends are switching after hearing this. They need to learn customer service skills

Nail 2000 has the best service. Everyone was extremely friendly and did an excellent job on my nails. I have never been more pleased with the way my nails turned out and they lasted for a long time. Would highly recommend!!! Manicure

I got my nails done for my wedding by the lady that sits at chair number 3 she did a poor job. My nails after being done for a week and 2 days are lifting. I was charged 80 dollars for a short ombré with one sparkle nail on the ring finger with a coffin shape. My nails were not coffin. When I told her she put 2 nails on crooked she ignored me. She was more concerned with talking to the lady sitting beside her than she was worried about getting my nails done which is why it took her so long. I will not be retuning to nails 2000 unless Cindy or Don does my nails because I feel the other employees just don’t have the skill and the business professionalism that Cindy does.

Disappointment…. I came from Pawleys Island (45 miles) to get a manicure. At the time of the appointment, I said that I would like come to Cindy. Arriving on time, I waited 15 minutes after which it turned out that Cindy was busy and could not take care of me, only a random free master can do a manicure… It’s very sad, because I was very satisfied with the quality of the manicure, but with this treatment, I will not return again…

This is one of those places where you can keep going to the same person for years. And since many locals do, it’s always best to make an appt rather than chance having to wait. Same day appts work well for me and no, I’m not giving away my gal’s name for selfish reasons 🙂 But all the techs are great!

I had a different gentleman who not only answered his personal phone call in the middle of doing my nails, but also asked me why I didn’t have someone to watch my my infants that were in the stroller. He tried to hurry to accommodate me but made me feel uncomfortable when i realized he was saying something about me to the other person working. My nails were brittle and one broke as soon as i left. I didn’t even get to have them polished i felt so uncomfortable. As a single mom, my nails are the one thing i do for myself and it cost me $42 (with tip) for a terrible fill in and no polish. years of being a customer, i don’t know if I’ll return.
