I have been a regular customer for almost two years, I come here every 3-4 weeks, and I only get my nails done with this one technician there (and I’m selfish so I will not even say their name) because I have have my nails done by almost every other technician there over the past year and I learned from experience that this technician is simply the best.

The staff was pretty nice but French manicure was bad. The white lines are uneven and the base got white nail polish streaks mixed in.Also this store seemed like it was using very old nail polish. For cost, it is not worth it. Rather, pay more and get a good job done.

Place is quiet and clean. Solid regular pedicure. Manicure was a bit rushed once another customer arrived, but it turned out okay. I wouldn’t say it’s the best place to go, but they get the job done. Make sure to tip.

worst experience i’ve ever had, not just regarding nails salons but anywhere. I walked in, asked if they could do ombré they said no. The lady sat me down and I asked if they had chrome polish. I pulled up a picture of a very basic nail, she took it over to the man at the desk and he looked at it and told me from across the nail salon to get out. I was nothing but kind and patient and wasn’t even asked if there was something else I wanted to get. embarrassing, rude, and absolutely horrendous customer service. Should have read the reviews before even walking in. Don’t even try coming here if you don’t want a basic color, and even then the reviews look awful for that. The most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever walked into.

Let me start off by saying I don’t usually take my time to Yelp businesses, but for this experience I had to. So I went to get my nails done during my lunch break yesterday, my first time at this nail salon. A man that sits on the right all the way to the back did my nails. After I was done, I gave him my debit card, and a tip that he did not demean sufficient. So he picks up the cash, turns it around, and proceeded to ask me to give more, or put the tip on my debit he demands. I asked him did he know how much I had on my debit card? Out of sheer embarrassment, I added two more dollars to what I already given him. The experience saddened me, made me feel embarrassed, I felted shamed for not having more money to tip him. And I know this behavior does not happen to all their customers, only a certain group of women experience this type of treatment in these nails salons. Mind you I paid 58 dollars for my gel manicure.

Good customer service i have a person that I always let do my mani pedi and the prices is wonderful I got my nails done yesterday I don’t have problems they are very nice they clean your cuticles they won’t let you leave until your nails are dry I never had a problem with them I don’t understand the bad reviews I got gel nails regular nails and eyebrows service There clean and the summer special go up but it’s 30$ in something for regular manicure pedicure

I had thee best experience here! First time in… as I have a new job around the corner and was beyond pleased with my experience and service!! I got SLS done which is powder gel and then decided to get a pedicure!! I am so happy with my nails!!! She changed my shape a bit and I LOVE IT!!! She took her time with me. No rushing to turn over chairs just for the money. I could tell she cared about craft. She was passionate about her work!! She is my new nail girl!! They have a new customer for sure!!! 10 thumbs up from the girl who lives in Queens but will wait to get nails done after work now!!

At first my nail technician was going to leave me without adding a basic Pink coat on them leaving my real nails underneath, visible. He then tells me my nails are too soft ? I came here with high expectations and an idea. A simple gel French nails with different colors, what I got was a job that wasn’t worth a 92$ gel manicure. At first my nail technician was going to leave me without adding a basic Pink coat on them leaving my real nails underneath, visible. He then tells me my nails are too soft ?
