The absolute worst!! I called made an appointment, told the lady over the phone everything I wanted done. When I show up the day of the appointment my stylist is over 20 minutes late and then tells me that she doesn’t have enough time to do what I need done that she can cut my hair and I can come back another day for everything else and then to top it off they didn’t give me a full refund for my gift certificate so I spent $25 to basically sit in their salon. and the owner doesn’t even speak English so when you have a complaint you can’t even file it properly because she doesn’t understand what you’re saying. Awful awful awful salon I do not know how they are still in business if you need somewhere to go get your hair done go anywhere but here save your money even Supercuts is better

Always call to schedule appointments and they always claim they are booked. They seem to dislike new clientele!! Disappointed once again and will take my business elsewhere! Im a HUGE tipper as well so it would of been worth their time! Oh well
