I highly recommend their eyebrow services! I used to go to threading places that felt like an assembly line (in & out). That is the opposite here at Nadia’s salon. They take their time to perfect your eyebrows, and they are incredibly patient with you until your brows are done just right. I called to inform I’m going to miss the appointment and was charged full price. It’s their policy and I knew it. But I wasn’t thinking I will ever miss an appointment. Unfortunately you can’t foresee it all and sometimes unexpected things happen. I’m aware it is all my responsibility as this policy was known by me. But if a client misses an appointment, please charge the client for what he has to pay. For instance no materials were used on this appointment so the material cost can be exceeded from the full charge at least! Even if it’s just 10% of the total cost, it is still respecting the clients money as you demand the client will respect your time.

I am really impressed with this studio as this is the best customer service I have received in years! Starting from the appointment booking, the reception by the ladies when you enter into the studio, the studio itself, the service provided and even the follow up for a review of the service. I got a deep facial cleaning with Ines and she was incredible. She is very knowledgeable, takes care of you very well, gives you recommendations and takes all the necessary time to perform the service correctly. Additionally, at last minute, I decided to do the design of the eyebrows and they were able to accommodate me. Roxy was incredible and did an amazing job with my eyebrows. I was really impressed with the quality of the work, Nadia and her entire team are the best! Highly recommended and I will definitely come back, I don’t mind driving 45 min to get this service done, totally worth it.
