Critical: Punctuality, ValueWent there as part of group of 3. after making an appointment we got to go a little early so we would be able to leave in time. (They we’re aware of the timeline and said they would be able to do it) In the end we ended up with one of us only half done and also unhappy with what she had, another person unhappy with her nails as well. Went there as part of group of 3. after making an appointment we got to go a little early so we would be able to leave in time. Critical: QualityI hate writing bad reviews but this place is just not it :/ I’ve been coming to nabinas for about 3-4 years and they’ve always done an amazing job up until now. I came here in March for eyebrow threading, and the lady that did my eyebrows cut off the end of one brow while leaving the length on the other. My eyebrows looked so thin and one was noticeably shorter than the other. They were so uneven I couldn’t leave the house without filling them in. I hate writing bad reviews but this place is just not it :/ I’ve been coming to nabinas for about 3-4 years and they’ve always done an amazing job up until now. I came here in March for eyebrow threading, and the lady that did my eyebrows cut off the end of one brow while leaving the length on the other. My eyebrows looked so thin and one was noticeably shorter than the other. They were so uneven I couldn’t leave the house without filling them in. It’s been three months and the shorter brow still hasn’t grown back to the way it was.

I reached there for hair cut and requested for new scissors as the old one was not in a good condition. They started speaking in Nepali thinking that I will not understand (getting frustrated for simple scissors). Anyway for simple and basic requests, these guys are not able to handle. This place was suggested by one of my friends, so I landed here one day. I reached there for hair cut and requested for new scissors as the old one was not in a good condition. They started speaking in Nepali thinking that I will not understand (getting frustrated for simple scissors). Anyway for simple and basic requests, these guys are not able to handle. Its not even afternoon/evenings to get frustrated.

After going there , I could see that the staffs are in extreme hurry since people walk in for eyebrow threading appointment. Walk in customers were patient enough and was ready to wait but the staffs just push themselves to work fast and didn’t do the service properly.They were not ready to listen what customer need instead they just start doing eyebrows thin/thick just by their wishFor hair cut Nabina took less than 5minutes , since the next customer was waiting she just told them “This won’t take much time hair cut I do it fast” and just chopped without even just patiently listening once. I ended up having very short hair instead of just a trim. After going there , I could see that the staffs are in extreme hurry since people walk in for eyebrow threading appointment. Walk in customers were patient enough and was ready to wait but the staffs just push themselves to work fast and didn’t do the service properly.

Critical: Quality, ValueI’ve given them the benefit of the doubt many times. But they lack every single brain cell there is when it comes to threading eyebrows. I had been growing out my eyebrows for months and decided to come here on short notice because my usual eyebrow lady was booked this week. Right when I sat down I told the lady to NOT THIN my eyebrows and to keep my length. Apparently her brain decided to shut off and she did precisely the opposite of what I had asked. Run back the time machine because I look like I belong in the 1920s with these thin and short eyebrows. I am beyond upset and angry with the poor communication and lack of knowledge this place offers. I had been growing out my eyebrows for months and decided to come here on short notice because my usual eyebrow lady was booked this week.
