I went in for a Pedicure, the chairs were not comfortable, they do not recline nor have massage.. they can bring you a small one but with the 90° angle you have to sit it makes for an even more uncomfortable sit. The atmosphere was nice, definitely won’t be coming back for Pedicures.

This was quite literally the worst experience I’ve had in a nail salon ever. First of all the service is terrible, the nail polish is clearly old and the salon itself is ghetto. All of the employees are extremely rude. Now, my nails weren’t too bad the technique was good and they came out cute. But as I walk up to the cashier, I waited 10 minutes for the technician to “text her the price” and my nails came out to 130$… I have been getting my nails done for years and I have had XXL, extreme nail art, chrome, whatever it is I have done it. NEVER would I expect to be charged for short white frenchies that absurdly. Not to mention the nails were really JUST okay.

This is my new nail spot! I believe the nail tech I received name was Vincent. I got both a manicure and pedicure and it was such high quality for the price. I didn’t make an appointment and was a walk in, I was seated quickly and Vincent let me take my time whilst helping pick the color that suited me the most. I’ve been to a few other nail salons all around Las vegas and Im going to be sticking to NAB! If you’re looking for good Service, Quality, and Experience this is the perfect place. I included a photo at the salon and one of my acrylics 3 weeks later!

The good parts first, some of the techs do amazing nails! But they charge a premium price for a regular experience. Nothing special about this place. It’s beautiful on the inside and used to be more worth the price but recently they’ve added more chairs and the quality went down the drain. It’s mostly clean but they need to up their cleaning with instruments and files need to be thrown out not reused. The pedicure experience is so basic and they have the nerve to charge extra for gel polish when they only have gel polish available. What a scam! It’s 2022 gel shouldn’t cost extra. And gel on my feet is the worst. They are never in time and always running late. I waited 40min for my tech and was offered a free style to my nails. Thanks. It’s sadly turned into a chop shop with premium prices. Not worth the price!

I love the aesthetic of this salon and the ease of booking through the app. I enjoy being able to book last minute appointments if need be. I’ve seen Nora several times for a gel manicure and she always does a spectacular job. Many of the other nail techs here are talented as well. I drive clear across town to come here and it’s always worth the trip!

I’ve tried to be loyal to this place but, the customer service is horrible. I can’t tell you how many times I show up on time for my appointment. When I arrive they have a sad story about how the technician is running behind. I’ve had to wait as long as 30 min after my scheduled time. They do not value their customers time. I showed up recently a couple min late for my appointment after already having it confirmed since I was leaving town and really needed my nails done. They cancelled my appointment without telling me and gave the only technician who could do what I needed away. It’s okay if I wait 30 min for them every time I arrive but, the one time I’m running late they cancel without even contacting me. I’ll never go back.

I came here last year in September, and I found this place ABSOLUTELY substandard. First of all, why bother booking an appointment in advance since I was made to wait 30 minutes until someone was available to work with me? There were no apologies for the inconvenience. Second, they only accept cash. Be ready to use a $3 fee ATM. Lastly, my gel manicure started peeling after only 3 days. Ended up paying a total of $130 + ATM fees for a low quality, TRASH gel mani/pedi service and experience. 🙂
