This is my first time ever leaving a review, the service was so bad I had to figure out how to leave one. This place is absolutely filthy. The woman pushed and shoved my legs/feet around. When I asked her to please be gentle she rolled her eyes at me and the guy yelled over, “she doesn’t speak English.” She cut my big toe nails like a V shape and also nipped my skin to the point it was bleeding. They were not shaped evenly either on the other toes. Not to mention there was no massage or anything included in the deluxe pedicure. I left with polish all over my my skin and toenails that I honestly don’t know how I am going to fix other than having to grow the shape out. I am very easy going and could really care less how my feet look. This brought me to tears. This place is absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!

I’m from out of town. And I came here since they were open till 7. I was very happy with the service. They were extremely professional and friendly. And while I was there they had multiple regulars stop in. They were a little busy. And even offered three ladies who came in to come back at 7 and they would make sure to get them in that day even if it meant staying later than closing. They did a fantastic job!

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI’m from out of town. Went in for a fill. The man was very nice but the place was NOT clean. He used the same nasty files, that were falling apart, that he has used on other people. He cut not one, not two, but three of my cuticles so severely, that I had to go buy antiseptic liquid and ointment just to try and avoid infection. While he was filing my nails, I told him he needed to stop, he was making me bleed. He would stop, then start again. Some of my nails don’t even have acrylic on the sides, he filed it all off. But he didn’t seem to care about that. The shape of every nail is completely different. I told him what I wanted and I didn’t get any of it. I have been having my nails done for over 20 years. He also did not paint all the way down to my cuticles. It looks like I have 2 weeks of grow out.. This is the first extremely horrible fill I have ever had. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! I’m from out of town. Went in for a fill. The man was very nice but the place was NOT clean. He used the same nasty files, that were falling apart, that he has used on other people. First it hurt so bad, I’ve gotten my nails done for 3 years and I unfortunately had to go here because my nail lady moved out of state and I haven’t found anyone else yet. I’ve never had my nail beds actually ache from an acrylic set, on top of that they totally botched the designs of the hearts they look crazy and she put it on all my fingers tried correcting her but she didn’t understand me. First it hurt so bad, I’ve gotten my nails done for 3 years and I unfortunately had to go here because my nail lady moved out of state and I haven’t found anyone else yet.
