I got a fill and a pedicure they did a pretty good job it’s very dim lighting in there but the music was cranking they don’t accept cards though only cash app and cash which I didn’t know before going so had to leave and go get money which they let me do that was nice I was down visiting family and had to get the nails and feet done

I use to go here for years & Bruce did a fantastic job on my nails but Kris her attitude is too much. Today she was working alone had 1 person in the chair…Me and my niece signed in at 12:55 now at 1:12 she walks over to tell the girl to tell us she could only do one person cause she had a appointment scheduled for nails I said i knew she was going go make up something if she didn’t want to do my nails that’s all she had to say…..2 workers and the last time it was a 2 hour wait…… NO THANKS…..BAD FOR BUSINESS…… I WOULD HAVE MADE MY MONEY AND SMILED Still got my nails done today

Critical: ProfessionalismI called the shop and ask them if they were open. I want to get a fill-in and a reshape. This supposedly professional and business owner asked me where I got my nails done before and when I told him Kims nail in Rocky Mount. He got loud and rude as ever telling me he isn’t gonna fix my nails and dont want my money cause he doesn’t like their work. If ..i could post no stars I would. The place os halfway run down as is and that attitude of his os probably why all his staff walked out at one time. I used to go there allthe tome but I one time I get them done somewhere else he all rude and hostile. Most unprofessional experience I ever had over something as simple as a nail. From Out of town and found NY Nails on Google. They had amazing reviews, compared other shops,m. Nice welcoming, friendly, and clean place. They did a fantastic job on our mani and pedi. Look no further. Go here.
