Been there several times and in the beginning very nice,cheaper than many.. But In less than a week, I had to go back to replace a whole nail due to the tech not wanting to fulfill my request and later be upset that I had to return and they fix it for free. LESS THAN A WEEK of original service. Secondly, don’t bother to make an Appointment. Having one, and still waited about an hour. Got tired of waiting so I walked out. These experiences were just a reminder of why I stopped going to them a while back.

I am from out of town and stopped here. I got waxed then got a pedicure. Both reasonably priced. Did a great job on waxing and the pedicure was amazing! Everyone was nice. The service was fast. Worse set of acrylics I’ve ever gotten and worst attitude by any nail tech I’ve ever had as well. Was unhappy with the way the polish turned out, was uneven and very sloppy overall. When I said I was unhappy I was treated completely different. The tech became rude and aggressive. And had an attitude with me. Burnt me and cut me on several occasions aswell. I went and got a fill in and not even a week the Gel Polish started to chip, I went to get them repolished and the next day the Gel polish continued to chip. The guy that did my nails told me I didn’t let them dry correctly under the UV light but this has never happened with my previous Gel nails.. I understand this is a business so I wasn’t looking for a refund just my nails done right! It’s completely unacceptable.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI am giving 1 star because the staff was very friendly. They were however very pushy on getting you to add extra services, insisted on gel polish for everyone (It was me and my 2 teenagers). I have never in my life had my nails done that quickly. The gentleman rushed with my nails and it looks like a kid did them with an at home set. This was supposed to be a special treat for a birthday and it was just a waste of money. I am used to having my pedicure done with tools that come out of a sealed sanitary package, which was not the case here. I did not get my cuticles pushed back when the acrylics were done and there were to many coats of nail polish added. A service like this should be quality over quantity, especially for the price. Went to get a refill Friday and my nail broke on Monday. I came in to get it fixed and they charged me an extra $5 dollars. The lady did a lousy job at making my nail as even as the other. The repaired one is wayyyy longer than the other. It was a rushed job indeed. I will never come back here.

I’ve been going here for over a year It’s a really nice place. The prices are great the service is fair. And I really love my fails. I prefer the old lady[#1] and the handsome gentle man[2#] for nailsomeone, and the young girl for my eye brows. Sanitary and cheap. I love it .

A little higher in price ( by a few bucks) but the pedicures they offer are much more than the basic pedi. Hot Wax peel…massage…etc. I was extremely happy about the service! And they have plenty of technicians so there’s never a wait!
