Decided to try a new place. My visit was a walk-in, no appointment. There was only one person doing pedicures. I waited 30 min for my service which I know can be normal when you do not have an appointment. When it was my turn the tech was very preoccupied with a phone call that was on speakerphone. She seemed upset over a conversation she was having. It only took her 15 min to complete my $30 pedicure that included hot stones. She rushed through my service. I did not feel that I had a relaxing experience. I will usually give a place a second chance but I don’t think I will with this establishment. I’ll pray that she was having a bad day and things get better for her.
