Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in for dip powder on my long, healthy natural nails. Typically, I always value my nail techs; however, Henry was very unprofessional. He was rude and not willing to listen to anything I had to say or ask for with my nails. At 3:46, his 4 pm appointment for a pedicure showed up so he began to rush through the service he apparently tried to squeeze me in for – resulting in a nice slice of my finger with his nail file which I actively jumped back at. My nails are different widths and lengths, some of my nails are slanted and uneven. The color I picked is magnificent, but even that was not correctly applied to the bottom of my nail beds. He was rude and not willing to listen to anything I had to say or ask for with my nails. The Pedicure the man gave me was awful and when I was directed to sit to get my nails started the lady ignored anything I had to say and just did her own thing .To top it off their card machine was acting stupid so she kept running my card as credit and saying it didn’t take .. We left unhappy and treated poorly. But the best part of this is both of our nails were terrible painted and smudged . The service was terrible the quality is disgusting No we will never go back there !! My daughter and myself went here to get a basic nail polish and I wanted a set of nails . The Pedicure the man gave me was awful and when I was directed to sit to get my nails started the lady ignored anything I had to say and just did her own thing .To top it off their card machine was acting stupid so she kept running my card as credit and saying it didn’t take .. Why make an appointment if you can’t get your nails done at the time you made the appointment for?? The first time I went in, I called before to make sure I wouldn’t wait and I waited for 40 minutes and left without my nails done. The 2nd time I called John was available and I got my nails done and he did spectacular. 3rd time I called to make an appointment and John wasn’t there and so they said Ruby will be open yet I still waited 15 minutes. Just now left. I will go somewhere that respects peoples time and their appointments. Thanks.

Worst experience of my life! The man who did my nails did not take his time and painted them sloppy. On top of that he didn’t put the acrylic on right or took the time to file them! I had to come home and finish the job myself and fix his mistakes! Not worth my 50$ at all! I didn’t even get the manicure I paid for either. I’ll never be coming here again! I recommend if you do go here, and you get a guy, ask for a lady.

Will be one week on Saturday that I got my nails done as a gift for my birthday and it’s not good at all. Paint job is sloppy and didn’t even put the acrylic far enough down on my nails, looks like I’ve had them on for a bit and they need filled and that’s not what they should be looking like also wanted them shorter and was told with the coffin tip I couldn’t go shorter which I’ve seen them short so that was false and some of the nails don’t even look like coffin tips. We were the first customers there and they made decent money off us (one pedicure, one deluxe pedicure, one manicure and one full gel set) so I thought they would do a good job but I guess I was wrong. I would not recommend.

Visited this place some years ago and I found it to be somewhat expensive, but worth it. This past Friday right before mothers day weekend I scheduled an appointment here and was discouraged from ever using them again. It took 3 people to finish would could’ve been a one maybe two person service (simple pedicure and manicure) and after being done with the pedicure one guy there insisted that was all I booked for. Had to reassure him multiple times it was for both services. While I was there they lost a customers reservation from three days prior and offered to accommodate her only after arguing amongst themselves back and forth. Everyone that came in there after they would look at each other and argue about if they could or not do the job like if they didn’t want the business leaving the customer somewhat confused, discouraged and unwanted. I will never go here again

Worst manicure I’ve ever received. 7/10 nails were badly chipped within 24 hours of my manicure event with being extra careful and drying extra long. They also cut my nail so sharp on the side that I bled. I get that this happens but now it’s infected and my finger is swollen and hurts so much I can barely write. I was not asked about length or shape of nails and now they’re all so short my fingers all hurt!! Definitely not going back despite reasonable prices.

Don’t bother making an appointment. They filled my slot. I came back when they asked…. and they filled my spot again. I will never go back!! I had 3 girls with me looking forward to getting their nails done. Bummer!!
