I only gave one star because you have too. My sister and law did a walk in. Only two others there at the time. Got us right in. We picked our package (you can choose $$ levels!) what appears to be the owner came to us and told us about all the goodness in the next tier level. So we said.. heck why not. For a longer massage, hot stone massage and paraffin wax.. sure! Ya no! The guy came. Put some lotion on our legs. And Let us sit in a hot towel that got so cold since they left us there forever doing nothing. Did the wax and left us again to help someone else. Came back to take it off and painted. Not only did we not get any massage. No hot stone. I had to ask them to trim my nails again. They made them where they were going to cut my other toes. (Yup all pointed and sharpe).

WORSE pedicure I have ever had! I paid $50 for a pedicure I can’t even call half way decent! 1st a man removed my polish and did the scrub, massage and Lotion in under 5 minutes. After he wrapped my legs in towels I was left to sit there for over 20 min until a lady came over to trim my cuticles and polish my toes. THAT WAS IT! REALLY! Do NOT waste your money….go somewhere else!

The manicure is separate from the pedicure area of the salon. This is very nice because the atmosphere in the pedicure room is tranquil, dim, with sounds of running water and a humidifier to allows for a more comfortable pedicure. The pedicure techs use a small non abrasive light to see just the feet. The whole time making sure you have the most relaxing pedicure of your life. This salon has taken the time to make sure the the customer is very comfortable at all times down to the smell of soothing botanicals. This salon was very clean as well. Being sure to offer a beverage once you have been seated! I will come to this salon from now on for my pedicures.

I came here because my regular was booked, thought I’d give it a shot. Well…. Big mistake. Yes they got me in right away but I now have to double spend the money to go else where to completely take off the full set I just got because they are lumpy, uneven, straight on one side of the nail but curved on the other?? Never had that happen before. I would have complained about my nails but I always feel bad even making a comment about what I don’t like to the nail tech. In addition the owner was not welcoming , very quite and does not greet the customers coming in, a little boy whom I believe is the owners sons was walking around the salon barefoot the whole time, later.. the owner was napping for a few mins at the front desk and once he woke proceeded to pick his nose multiple times and NEVER went to a sink to wash his hands before taking payments from customers. very unsanitary and unsatisfactory experience. Will never go back.

Sadly, they started off a very good shop and have went downhill since then. They don’t give you what you ask for and change the prices every time. If you try to say anything to them they get very rude. No customer service
