Critical: QualityThe amount of times I’ve given this place a chance. Got acrylics done 2 weeks ago and was not satisfied due to the round shaped nails being too thick and uneven. The polish was even done horribly. This time I came to get the acrylics off and the older lady left acrylic on my nails. I guess she got frustrated once I told her to soak my nails once more. Once she was filing my nails, she filed them entirely TOO rough and broke 2 of my nails. I informed her and she didn’t seem to care. Once she applied the gel polish, she didn’t clean it up at all. The amount of times I’ve given this place a chance. Got acrylics done 2 weeks ago and was not satisfied due to the round shaped nails being too thick and uneven. The polish was even done horribly. Critical: Professionalism, ValueThe staff here is not friendly at all. Wicked rude to customers on the phone. My friends and I booked for 3 pedicures and they were each done one at a time. The pedicure was cheap and quick. Definitely not worth the money. On top of that, i got an ingrown toenail from how they cut my nails. Had to get it removed by a podiatrist. From booking the appointment over the phone, I hung up and said, “I’m already happy with the customer service.”The service was great and the girls are so genuine. I felt instantly comfortable. I judge businesses on customer service over everything else- which this salon is much better than the ones in the surrounding area. Bonus- this was the best gel mani and pedi I have ever had. For a gel mani and gel pedi I spent $94 which I was pleasantly surprised with the price.
