First time customer, called last minute to see if they had time. Welcomed me with no attitude and got me in with only a 5 minute wait. Very pleasant, very personable and such a clean salon! Went recently and not happy with my experience. Really seemed like they were rushing me so they could see one of the regulars. They didn’t have the very basic color that I wanted. Shaved my nails down for my gel polish, when that’s totally unnecessary. I should have just left when they didn’t have my color and gone elsewhere. Will be trying somewhere else!

This is my favorite place to go to get my nails done! The staff are wonderful, and keep you laughing the entire time you’re there. I like to take my daughter and we get our nails done together. The place is always exceptionally clean, and never smells as bad as a regular nail place normally does. It just has a clean smell, which will make sense if you’ve ever been in one that doesn’t. This time they happen to be running a special, which tends to be pretty often. I’m very particular about where I go, because I’m so worried about getting some type of fungus or something. However, I never have to worry about that here. if something is done and I don’t like it, they never have a problem fixing it or making it better. I’m extremely particular, and so it is nice to be able to speak freely and them not be upset. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I tried N T Nails because I was visiting a family member in the Canton, GA area. I went there on a Friday, and on Monday the shellac on one of my thumbs cracked. By Thursday, the shellac on both thumbs had cracked and peeled off. Very, very bummed as I got my nails done for an event this weekend!!!! They didn’t even last a week.

Used to love this place. See below for my manicure 24 hours after they did it. Also, the girls spilled hot wax on my sisters brand new under armor jacket and didn’t even offer to discount services considering they ruined her jacket.

The owner, To, is such a great guy and meets every accommodation possible to make customers happy. I’m constantly washing my hands at work, but the last time I went Sabrina did my nails with an extra finishing coat and the SNS didn’t chip for over three weeks! I was stunned and they were still well contoured and not bulky. Everyone there is so friendly. Sometimes they’re a little understaffed compared to the volume of people who stop by, so like any nail salon I think it’s best to make an appointment. To schedules appointments so that customers aren’t rushed through their treatments. Who wants to go to a place that’s way overbooked anyway? It was my very first time going since I just moved near by and had the best experience ever. They are very professional and their building was very clean and smelled clean. I usually call a place of business beforehand if I’ve never been there to see if they take walk in’s or if I have to make an appointment because every place is different. They said they take walk in’s depending on how busy they are and what they need done, but prefer for you to make an appointment. So when I called they said they weren’t as busy and that I can come in. When I arrived I picked my nail color and waited to be seated no more than 5 minutes because I had called ahead of time and they did an absolutely great job and the prices are really reasonable. I also noticed people without appointments coming in while I was there and because they weren’t as busy they took people in without hesitation. They are not rude and will help you depending on how busy they are so don’t take it personal people! This will be my go to nail salon from now on. Thank you To, Melissa and everyone else that works there for this wonderful experience.
