By far THE BEST nail salon I’ve ever used in my lifetime; and I’m 64, I’ve had both gel and acrylic done at NT NAILS and both last at least 3 weeks. Never lifting and great shine. I’m lucky if I ever got 10 days from other salons. So glad you’re in my home town!!

I’m not sure who did the nails online but I fell like I got a different person. The actual nails aren’t even or uniform, the color is uneven, the sides of the nail aren’t painted, and the bottoms of the nails are messy and also unpainted. For $45 I’m really disappointed. Needed a full set done on the cheap while visiting rochester. Decent prices and decent job. Huge language barrier, i wasnt able to talk to my nail tech at all and they werent the friendliest but did a good job. Id go back.

Critical: QualityWhere do I start? The whole experience was rough. As a person she was fine but I come to relax when I get a pedicure not speed through the whole thing. I’m a mom and value “my time” because I don’t get time to get away. Anyways… her filing my nails hurt and an unreasonable amount of lotion that was wiped with a wet towel.. what’s the point of the lotion if you just wipe it off?
