I wish they would come on time. The sign says one thing, but they get there when they get there. Her mom works there and does an excellent job on feet, but she doesn’t do nails, and she doesn’t speak English. So you have to sit there and wait until Ni-Ni gets there, or her husband, if you have questions or if you want your nails done.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI visited this establishment Wednesday afternoon. That was my first and last time. There was no welcoming greeting for a potential client. I asked the receptionist how much does a facial cost, after asking twice he said he didn’t know. People reading this do not ever be so desperate that you allow people to treat you any kind of way..Update: Stop it..It’s bad business. That guy NEVER said he didn’t work there. He knew what I was talking about but he said he didn’t know and it’s probably because the prices change from person to person. You have responded to this as if you heard our conversation and if that is the case how awful it is that you heard me asking about the price for a service and you said nothing. Look at the negative,defensive,arrogant tone the person responding uses to address issues….Read the other previous posts, people are telling the truth. I don’t know about their services because I have never had one there but I have experienced first hand the very unwelcoming negativity. It’s unfortunate. Anyway,as I have stated previously that’s my first and last time visiting that establishment.Thanks for responding. Update: Someone continues to comment for the shop. It has now turned into dishonesty. That guy that was in there knows EXACTLY what happened. Trying to justify wrong doing is shameful. The asthetics aren’t pleasing either. As much as they charge for service seems like they could do some up grades. Wait prices were not posted. The place is dated. I asked the receptionist how much does a facial cost, after asking twice he said he didn’t know. Critical: ValueI came into this shop to get a fill-in and toe nail polish. He(employee)asked me if I wanted regular coat or gel(keep in mind gel cost more than regular). I stated that I wanted regular and I had my own color/polish. He then came to me a few minutes later along with another woman employee and said I had to choose gel(cost more than regular) because they did not have clear polish/top coat to put on regular. I stated to them that I had the clear/top coat that could be used along with the color I brought in(my own polish) they refused me service and said they could not use my clear coat polish. Basically they were trying to require I pay high price for nail job. I would not recommend this nail salon to Anyone. They were not friendly either sort of cold and arrogant. Then the woman stated the male employee (who was also arrogant and rude) could not speak English well. But had him at front counter as customers walk in the integrity of this business is not good. I think the way I was addressed may even need to be reported to better business bureau. I think someone needs to look into the way the business is being ran.Then the lady that refused me service had the nerve to come on here lying. Lady I sat outside in my car after I walked out to do THIS review and to find another shop! By the way I would not come back to your place of business because of the experience so you did not need to tell me that in your comment (that Im not welcome). I did NOT talk to anyone while sitting in my car so that statement you made that I stopped people to tell them not to come to your shop is a lie ma’am. Bottom line 1)if you are out of a specific top coat then you use what you have, you don’t try and force a customer to pay more 2) if services ate limited due to supply shortage then you alert customers BEFORE they come in and sit down. The male who did not speak english should not be addressing customers if he does not understand(especially when there ate special circumstances to explain to customers). 3) The male employee was rude and arrogant like you were. I called him over to ask him a question regarding the polish. I literally waved to him to come, he looked right at me and turned away and ignored me as I tried to get his attention again! He was not assisting anyone he was just standing there at the front counter. 4) I see why you only had 2 customers and the other nail shops were packed, it’s because of your integrity, value and just overall the way you are running this establishment. If you have happy returning customers thats great! Their experience was not the same as MY EXPERIENCE! So AGAIN I would never give you business and I would not recommend anyone to come there. The two ladies that do pedicures are great, the wife is equally great but the Male owner/technician does not do well. I’ve never been to an establishment that if they mess up the customer has to pay more. I was made to pay $10 extra because the polish had to be removed when he had to file my nails down more. He made the acrylic too thick. Not my fault. Then he dropped the polish on my sneakers. I showed him and he never said a word. Should I charge him for my Nike’s? Beware ppl!

RIP off went for a fill and pedicure and brows paid after getting nails done then girl says we only do gel on feet? I didn’t want gel on my feet. Ok its additional 45.00 for gel. While getting my feet done girl says she’ll be right back never came back to do my eyebrows. Now all of a sudden nobody speaks English RIP OFF

I have been a loyal customer for 4 years now. Tonight I was very unhappy. I scheduled an appointment for 7 pm at 2 pm today. My appointment was confirmed and when I got there I advised Tom that I was in. Well he advised me that it was too late for him to do what I had scheduled for. He rushed in my manicure and immediately sat another customer in the chair to accommodate their needs. I’m sooo disappointed. I paid my bill and advised I would never be returning. This is not the service I was expecting. No deal. I’ll never return

I will never go there again and advise anyone else not to go there either. I was overcharged and more money than the price I was given was taken off of my card. When I questioned them about the price and told them that I had been overcharged Tom call Nina or whatever her name and she never came to the front to explain why I had been charged so much.My mom had SNS polish on her nails and got home and noticed the whole layer of polish had lifted. They are very slow and highway robbing people. Beware!!

I went in to have a pedicure and asked could they do sns nails and Nina which is the owner wife said yes. She had me to pick a color. She pulled out the gel polish and I said normal they dip your nails on the color abs she said it’s the same! She got down and my nail was sticky and lumpy and I was very disappointed! She did nothing about it or Tom her husband the owner now a couple days later my nail color is peeling off smh never again
