I asked if they did nail art,they don’t. I asked for a simple 3 lined design in a couple different colors and he refused to do it because he thought it wasn’t pretty. Didn’t realize I was paying to make sure a random man liked my nail choices. I’m a new mom, I was trying to have a spa day since I don’t get much time for myself. Would have tipped big to be able to get the relaxing time I was looking for.

LONG WAIT EVEN WITH APPOINTMENT! I just moved to Vermont and I am looking for my new regular nail shop. I called and made an appointment for 2pm with this nail salon. I arrived at my appointment time and they told me to sit and pick a color and I sat there for 30 min with no acknowledgment of them being 30min late for the appointment I scheduled. I asked how much long and they told me 15min. How unprofessional of a business to take someone 45min after their scheduled appointment with no apology. Would not recommend

My favourite spot for a manicure. I come here whenever I do wanna do my own set of nails, and I always get an acrylic set. They really make sure that you’re happy with the shape, length, etc.

This place is great! My boyfriend and I went to try it out. Got two pedicures and gel manicure completed. The nail techs were courteous and asked if everything was okay and comfortable.

If I could rate this a half star, I would. I called to make an appointment, the woman told me to come at 11:30. I arrived at 11:25, they didn’t bring me back until noon, meanwhile a walk in came in and they took her. Once they started the pedicure the tech didn’t push back or cut my cuticles, the polish was lumpy and the pedicure probably took about 15 minutes from start to finish. When I asked her to redo the nails that were lumpy, she would not. She also.filed my nails on an angle. And I’m certain that after using the tools she did use she didn’t clean them but rather put them back in her caddy to use on the next client.
