I stopped in yesterday because I had an hour to wait in the parking lot and needed my nails done. They had been open for over an hour and there were no customers. That should have been my first warning but I stayed. I got tips and SNS manicure done by the older woman. She did a good job in the tips and shaping. However, she put the liquid for the powder too close to my cuticle. Basically glued my cuticle to the polish. When she was sanding with the drill, she kept hitting it against my skin. I could tolerate it for a little bit (beauty is pain right!) But several times I had to pull my hand back because it hurt so much. Several of my cuticles are visibly damaged. I will not be going back.

First I would like to say the man that did my pedicure rushed it. Looks like a toddler painted my toes. Also another man was taking a ladies nails off and she was clearly uncomfortable. Not to mention this was her third time coming because her nails kept breaking. When she told the man he was hurting her he told the lady “she is always complaining”, and continued to take her nails off roughly. She then told him to stop because once again it was painful. He then began to speak to the woman very rudely. When she spoke with the owner, the owner didn’t offer her any assistance either. Very poor customer service and work as well.

They we’re really professional and really nice. The only complaint that I had was my finger was bleeding for about an hour after I got them done and my nails are chipping the day after I got them done. I got the acrylic gel nails there are bumps and lumps all over them it’s only been a day since I got them done.

Charged my friend exact amount and also got tips put on. So rude. Nails had bumps, not straight, color all over nails. Cut my skin a few times with drill. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

I really enjoy letting them pamper my hands and feet for the last four years. Very hard working individuals – there a many color options and nail techniques available. My husband also enjoys going for pedicures.

Awful service. She applied my eyelash extension with nail glue. Just horrible, a total waste of $30. I had them on less than 24hrs. When I removed them it took half of my real lashes off. This is the worst nail job i have ever had! I asked that they not use the dremil file on my nails because it makes them weak the guy did anyway! Thats when i should have walked out! The color he put on my nails is not like the one i picked out! The nails are lumpy! I am not happy at all. Told him the color wasn’t right he said wait top coat will make the difference, it did not! I will not be back!!

Doesn’t do the best with nails. Woman only knows how to do nails. Husband doesnt do a good job. Cauze i still have my old nail one. There daughter that’s 17 isn’t licensed or professional and does AWESOME with nails. They need people that professionally do nails. Very pricy… There daughter did my feet. Took her time!! Not a lot of people do, they rush.
