Critical: QualityI came in the other day to get a pedicure and gel manicure and was really disappointed in the quality of both. When getting the pedicure I felt like it was very rush and the lady hardly spent time in the massage. When she got done painting my toes the color was very blotchy. I had her paint my toes again, which she did but didn’t apply a clear coat over the polish. When she was doing my manicure she was very hard on filing the gel to come off my nails. The paint job looks as if I did them vs getting them done at a salon. It’s been a day since I got them done and there’s already cracks in my nails and it hurts to apply pressure to them. I came in the other day to get a pedicure and gel manicure and was really disappointed in the quality of both. When getting the pedicure I felt like it was very rush and the lady hardly spent time in the massage. When she got done painting my toes the color was very blotchy. Critical: ProfessionalismI was told on the phone a short full set was $25.00. After my nails were done- (very short)I noticed after he rushed through- missing paint and my nails were not even or filed all the same. He spoke zero English So I just decided to pay and leave. When I got up to the counter the lady told me it was $35 for my nails. I asked why it was $10 more and she told me because I wanted my nails round. So I asked “so I pay to have my nails done how you want them done?” So I paid the $35.00. I then noticed this morning on my bank statement she actually ran my credit card for $40.00. If my nails have a done really nicely painted correctly filed correctly maybe 40 would’ve been OK however I was quoted $25 paid 40 and was given a lame excuse about why I was charged so much. To me this is false advertising and a narrative that I’m not willing to ever engage in again with this company. I’m going to have my nails redone today at a salon down the street from them. I might want to note that there was a woman outside when I was leaving she was furious because they had quite literally painted her nails with old polish and every single nail was bubbled.
