The stylist who did my hair was super sweet. He took his time and I was there from 4pm-9pm. I asked for a balayage on my dark brown hair. However I wasn’t fully satisfied with paying over $500 to walk of a salon with hair looking like this:

Sublime! Araksya (Nana) really knows her stuff – best colorist/stylist I’ve ever had. She not only understands color and its various techniques, but she also listens. Hallelujah! After not coloring my hair for many years, Araksya converted my mostly-natural, blah-looking, dishwater, muddy, mid-length hair to a glorious, multi-dimensional, natural-looking, light blonde – very close to the blonde I had as a child. It’s absolutely gorgeous. And for those of us who are indecisive – or just plain clueless about what we want – Araksya kindly offers helpful advice based on skin tone and undertones in hair. Walked in and asked if I could get a hair cut/trim and a lady went to ask someone if they have time and out of nowhere this blonde lady comes out and before I can even speak she tells me I can go to scissors hand right down from them concidering I needed an appointment for her to cut my hair so she was pointing me to scissors hand salon instead of offering more info on booking an appointment I usually go to meraki but wanted to try this place since I always pass by but wow was she rude and no one was even cutting hair they had no clients I felt discriminated we shouldnt judge people by appearance I felt judged here who did she think she was to send me to scissors hand I didn’t even bother I went to Meraki they took me in like nothing and it’s also by appointment and it was packed not like this place
