The guy here is very rude to customers and his service too. Work is not appreciative and gave me a very very bad experience. He cut my finger skin and I bled.He didn’t even say sorry atleast. Nail shapes are not done properly.Leftovers were not cleaned. Overall I never recommend this gentleman because it is like investing money to cause pain to fingers.

This is honestly my most favorite nail place in the city. My friends have come to me countless amounts of times with nails that don’t last because they aren’t strong or done properly. I always refer them here. Both of these lovely individuals take the time to give you exactly what you’re looking for and make sure your nails are secure, clean, and absolutely stunning. I have NEVER had an issue here. Not to mention, who doesn’t love supporting a family? Give them a visit, i promise you won’t regret it! 🙂 (For all the people who commented negative reviews below, i find your attitude and patience certainly changes your experience at these places. You get what you give.;) )

Shame on me for continuing to go to this place since it was close to my home from now on I’ll take the extra time to go somewhere else 40 minutes waiting with my feet in the water waiting for a pedicure I guess they get paid more to do nails they took someone after me for nails and said they would be right with me I walked out but shame on me for sitting there for 40 minutes this is not the first time and sadly he is very rude and when he does my pedicure he always cuts me. I found a better place and will never return I informed all my friends to stop going there and they are now going to the nice place I found I guess most of us just like to stick to the same routine but there are better places out there

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWent in for the first time. I was taken right away for a pedicure, the woman Vi did my pedicure and did an amazing job. They were very clean and professional. I then had Mary for my acrylic nails and she was a sweet heart. This is a family owned business and they do such by great work. Went in for the first time. I was taken right away for a pedicure, the woman Vi did my pedicure and did an amazing job. They were very clean and professional. I then had Mary for my acrylic nails and she was a sweet heart. This is a family owned business and they do such by great work. I have found a nail salon I can trust and continue to do business with. My wife went there in November to get her nails done for our wedding and was unfortunately very disappointed with the results. The gentleman who did her nails could use some more practice and was either not paying attention or doesn’t have the skills required. I know nothing about nails and could clearly see all the mistakes that were made, the bottoms were not smooth and rounded, but rather jagged. At one point when he attempted to correct something, he cut into the sides of her fingers, drawing blood. When we went to Pureluxe in the Mall, they all commented on how terrible they looked. I really hate leaving bad review’s but I’m not sure why this man is doing nails.

The guy was very rough and kept squeezing my fingers because he was rushing which there was nobody in there so he didn’t have to…and definitely over filed my nails made every one of my cuticles bleed nails are not all the same shape and he didn’t put the acrylic right up to the cuticle so they looked grown out from day 1 and the paint job is sloppy so is the acrylic it has bumps and bubbles it’s uneven… I heard bad things but gave them a try anyway NEVER again!!!

I was in the plaza grocery shopping so I thought it would save me time to go here instead of my usual place. My nails are lumpy, one nail is completely jacked up after asking him to fix it twice. He didn’t completely remove my previous acrylic before applying the new tips. For that reason I changed from white tips to polish and he acted like this was annoying and said I was wasting his time since I was trying to decide between tips or polish. He said the polish was dry but now I’m home and it’s all messed up. My cuticles are all scratched up and to top it all off he was very rude. VIP nails on S willow is cheaper, more professional and does a great job.
