I went to have a manicure with dip powder , it was my 2nd time the first guy burnt my nails with the dremel so bad it literally felt like there was a hole burning through them … this was every nail not just one .

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI use to love going here, but it seems they have changed management and staff recently. If something happens to your nails after you leave, you are questioned and charged for them to fix it. The guy overdid it with the filling and I had to pull my hand away because it felt like my nail was burning. The finish was terrible. The polish wasn’t smooth at all. It’s bumpy, with ridges on each nail. I’ll gladly pay $40 for dipping powder, but not for it to turn out like this. I use to love going here, but it seems they have changed management and staff recently. If something happens to your nails after you leave, you are questioned and charged for them to fix it.
