Ok. I debated wether or not to leave this review but I feel the need to after the pain I just went through with these lash extensions I got from here. 1st impression was they are rude and not welcoming or friendly at all. 2nd my eyelashes felt like they were put on with cement glue and were uncomfortable to wear. 3rd You have a sign on your door that says walk ins welcome when that’s not the case. I arrived just 6 minutes before my appointment and was rudely told to not come back in until exactly my appointment time and to bring a mask. So after my second set of lashes they looked horrible I wanted a mix to fan out kind of like a cat eye look well I didn’t get it. So I just got finished having them removed at another place and it was the most painful thing ever. The glue was so thick and clumped together my new lash tech told me my lashes were somewhat damaged and I need to let them “heal and grow back” from what happened. I can’t speak on their nail services nor will I ever be able to because this is not a place I will ever return to! Your place is junky and run down. Do better customer services. Your place of business offers luxury services and people want to feel pampered and treated well not short answers and attitudes. Ugh!

I really debated for a while on whether or not to make a review after what I experienced over the period of a few months starting from the summer to November of getting extensions regularly. I was recommended to come to this place for lash extensions and seeing other’s results I was more than happy to book a appointment. I was extremely satisfied with my lashes the first visit, and even the second. I ignored the sometimes excruciating pain that I felt when getting them removed there and thought everything was normal.

Critical: ValueFirst time here. I think their prices are very high when comparing their salon to other salons in the area. Not a relaxing atmosphere. Pedi chair massage was not working properly. Place looks run down. Was a bit disappointed with my nails too but I don’t like to complain so I waited for her to finish, paid, and left. I will not return. There are other places that are gorgeous, luxurious, and relaxing and charge the same as they do with better quality of service. I walked in and nobody asked if they could help me. The staff just looked at me and continued working. I sat in a chair and waited at least 15 minutes and nobody event ACKNOWLEDGED me. I ended up leaving without getting an eyebrow wax… which would’ve taken 10 mins tops. Will never give them my business here. So rude.
