I’m really disappointed with the quality of service received. I upgraded to the lavender pedicure which was nice, but my nails are already too long less than a week later even though I asked multiple times for them to be cut down. My feet also were still very rough after as my feet weren’t scrubbed enough.

Worst manicure I have ever had. I have been cleaning out a family home and washing my hands constantly…all I wanted was a good manicure to make my hands and nails feel better. I wanted a mani/pedi and what I got was a very rushed, non sanitary treatment. I often have my manicures at the pedi seat but the salon usually sets up the side table with a towel for any mess from filing or cutting and warm water tray for soaking. I had a cold water bowl that I had to hold on my knees and no towel. When he took my hand to work on it it was dripping on my legs while he worked on it. When he was done with that hand he would sort of toss it towards me and want me to give him the other. He didn’t remove my clear polish and just filed the top of them. He pushed the cuticles back and didn’t cut my cuticles at all. He kept saying its all good. I probably should have complained but then you don’t understand what they are saying about you. When I paid I had the girl get some nail polish remover to clean up my nails because I had polish on my cuticles around the nail. The $50 I paid for the service was a rip off….I will never be back and just wanted others to be warned. You can see the job that they did on my fingers in the pictures…I don’t even want to get into my feet…UGH!!

Critical: Quality, ValueThis place used to be great, today I went in for a full set with gel polish and a pedicure. The full set with gel polish was rushed and I have lifting on 8 out of 10 nails. The gel polish is a beautiful color but was globbed on and dried with heavy spots. So me and my bestie came into NB nails spent a little over $300 and in within 2 weeks my nails started chipping in corners the rhinestones turned yellow paint was chipping off and my best friend’s nails just all popped off like they didn’t use enough glue I called the place the lady told as that we could come in and it would be replaced for free then when we showed up and her story completely changed Little does she know my phone records everything, all the conversations so I went back home. Tried to call again to speak to the manager he or she wasn’t in. I asked her when the manager will be in and she said she doesn’t know which I think is a lie I wish I could post a picture of how bad my nails are but of course it won’t let me save your money go somewhere else where they actually care and won’t lie

I will start off saying that I can be a hard customer to please when it comes to certain things. Clothes, shoes, accessories and especially food; I need things to be presented a certain way. I will tell you that I was not only satisfied when I left NB, but I was also REALLY thrilled with my nails!! Jason did a great job on the dip form technique that I have bn looking all around San Antonio to copy from my previous nail job in Houston. No other nail shops understood the technique that I was describing. Then I had the awesome idea to get some original artwork on my nails, so not having a picture means that the nail tech and I had to painstakingly go through trial and error of the thin white lines that I wanted on my nails. Amy and Qwen where great!! If you notice one hand has all the same design (Amy) came up with that, and the other hand has each diff (Qwen’s art). I will Most Definitely be back!! I would Highly suggest this nail and spa shop to anyone traveling who could use a nice relaxing “pamper” moment. Also, they have wine for you . Or water if you do Not enjoy a white wine like me . Give them a try, tell me what you think. Stay safe, stay blessed.

The pedicure felt rushed because the guy was very insistent on up selling me to get my nails done. I agreed to letting him do shellac manicure on me that took less than 10 mins to do. I got them done 3 days ago and my nails already chipped and I had to remove the shellac. Very disappointed Manicure

If I could give a negative number I would. Went in to get a new set. The lady cut my nails in the middle so bad it bled and it throbbing its a pretty deep cut. Was to much in a rush instead of taking her time.

extremely rushed and sloppy. i never leave bad reviews but i got a pedicure and she cut my toe so bad that it hurts to walk on and barely wiped the wax off when it was dry she was going way to rushed. i also was getting my nails removed and she took them off using a fake nail to pry them off with no shaving them down or anything. it caused every single one of my nails to be bruised and sensitive to hot water. it was waste of money and they caused a lot of pain.
