Started my hair journey w Sandy today. The service was absolutely lovely! The environment was calm &relaxing. Sandy was awesome w great conversation. She took the time to ask what I was wanting to do w my hair (cutting wise), confirmed what was going to be done then executed it flawlessly. We then established a routine for my haircuts to get my growth back. Price was very affordable as well. Love Mystique Salon &Day Spa! Thank you so much Sandy for taking me in &showing my hair some much needed love ♡ Cannot wait for my next visit!

5 min late for my appointment. But that facial masseur (long white hair lady) was very rude ignoring un- humility heedlessness. And she charged me $25 when I want to cancel. She didn’t mention about this change. I left but I Came back again but she locked door front of me. What kind of service do to customers like this. Ok, I had a 90min deep tissue massage… I haven’t had a massage in years. Delicious. As soon as she started on my back, she mumbles “oh, wow” haha she did a great job, I need to go back and get more of the difficult knots taken care of. Highly recommend!

My stylist was Aj & I went in the other day for a hair cut, I told her exactly how I wanted & she did just that. She was so amazing, very talkative. She made me feel so comfortable & after my hair was done I felt amazing. She cut 19” off & it looked so good. Definitely recommend this place, everyone is so polite & I will definitely be coming back 🙂

Not the best place to get a manicure! I expected a quick manicure but it was a disaster! My 12 year old niece could’ve done a better job. The lady started off good but the way she put on the polish was like it was cake on and she missed the whole side of my nails. I told her and showed her. She was like I can fix that and put more polish on it but it was all uneven and it didn’t look nice. I told her to take the polish off and I would just do clear polish. She takes the polish off and puts clear polish on but it had all the fuzz from the cotton she used on the ends of my nails. She tried to take it off and end up messing up the polish job again. She takes the polish off again using different cotton pads and puts clear polish on again. I had a manicure and pedicure appt but canceled the pedicure. I had enough at that point. She charged $20 and I still paid. Not worth my time or payment. Very disappointed in this place!! I gave 2 stars because the atmosphere was nice and the lady was nice too. She just doesn’t know how to put nail polish on people!! Why is she doing it???

I told the facialist that I had rosacea but she didn’t know anything about it and as a result my skin got burned and there was no apology. I’m using cortisone cooling gel and aloe vera to diminish all the inflammation. It will take a few days to recover. She didn’t know anything about the other services that were listed on their website such as micro-neediling, cavitation, or the plasma pen. She said I must have looked at the wrong website which is not true.
