Tony did absolutely amazing with helping fix my nails from a different salon. He was kind, personable and all around wonderful! When asked about the length I told him I needed them long enough to scratch my husbands back and short enough to change my daughters diapers, he understood exactly and they are perfect! I will definitely be back and won’t be going anywhere else in the future. I highly recommend making an appointment, it’s definitely worth it!

I was recommended to see Shelly for my ingrown toe nails. She did an excellent job at a pedicure and gel mani. I highly recommend her!In the past I’ve also done acrylics with Tony and he did a great job.Staff make it a point to ensure you’re satisfied and comfortable.

Today was my first appointment and I will definitely be back! Tony did my dip nails and I’m in love with them! They are my natural nails and they look acrylic because of how perfect he did them. My pedicure was amazing, I should’ve asked the woman’s name, but if she gets her lashes done there I’m doing that next time! It’s nice being asked which scents of scrubs you prefer and she was very gentle. Book an appointment and tip extra well, they deserve it!!

I just moved to the area and tried Mystique Nails for the first time for a dip manicure and regular pedicure. It was super clean, no wait, and they were very kind… but 6 (of 10 lol) of my fingers have cuts from them filing my cuticles too much (ouch!). Their color selection wasn’t the best either. I chose a tan color and they said the color changed to a sage color, there weren’t any other tan color options. They also didn’t have any matching colors for regular polish and dip powder.

While the people were nice, my dip lasted 3 days before a couple nails cracked. I am on day 10 and have to have them taken off. It may be the tech not sure, but disappointing considering cost. Dip powder

EXCELLENT service every time!!! Tony and his team are great. If something isn’t quite the way you want it, he makes it right! He takes great pride in his work! I’ve been seeing him for over a year. I see some people complaining on here, and it’s quite obvious that they are looking for something free! Majority rules .. Him and his team are the best!!!

I have been coming to get my acrylic nails done for 8 months with Tony. I’m a hairstylist and very rough with my nails. I only come every 3-4 weeks. I NEVER have any that breaks. And this is very unusual in my experience. I have them very long and pointed! I have always been told that this why they break so easily. I use to have at least 1-2 break at other nail salons within 2 weeks. Not with Tony! The space is always super clean. Pedicures are great too! The chairs are very strong with massage feature. I prefer a strong massage I make the effort to go to Mystique. I also make a effort to make a appointment now days. It is worth it. I’m very happy.

I was deeply impressed by Tony and Mae. First of all, their salon and spa are beautiful. You can tell they take pride in their business. Everything was so clean and lovely. The staff were all friendly and sweet. There was an elderly gentleman who sang while he worked and it was very endearing and so adorable. Mae gave me the best pedicure of my life. I don’t say that lightly. My skin and feet feel so velvety soft, and that’s saying something for a yogi. The foot and leg massage were so relaxing. Next, Tony did my manicure and we did a lovely almond shape and purple dip. I had found a geometric fox for my nail art and he really liked it. I am so pleased with Tony’s work. He was meticulous, and extremely professional and skilled while being SO friendly. We actually had a lot in common and I really enjoyed working with Tony and Mae. This is hands down the best salon in Lenoir City, Sweetwater, and Knoxville. I have found my nail home. I’m deeply, deeply impressed.
