The owners took us last minute close to their closing time, and they were so nice about it. They removed my fake nails quickly, and trimmed my cuticles. My manicure looks amazing. I came to Lily with my nails bitten down to the nail bed, they were AWFUL! In a few short months she transformed my nails to long and beautiful and made me feel confident again! Everyone is always super friendly and the shop is clean and reasonably priced. I won’t go anywhere else!

I have been using this spa for the past couple of years. Late last year, it came under new ownership and the new owners are friendly, courteous and professional. The salon is small but clean and the staff is meticulous about sanitation. All of the staff are skilled nail, manicure and pedicure technicians and I have never left unsatisfied. I highly recommend Mystique Nail Spa to anyone who prefers a smaller, more intimate salon environment.

I was a loyal customer longer than I should have been. I wanted to support a small, local, family-owned business. The pedicure was decent & the place was clean when I started, but it has become cluttered with junk and cockroaches crawl across Buddha’s offerings. Even then, I stayed. But I can’t go in there now without the owner bad-mouthing her husband (who is working on my feet) & talking politics with whomever will listen, switching positions if they speak up to disagree. Still I stayed a customer. When I found that every time I went in, I got less and less in the way of service, remaining callouses and paint that chipped, I finally called it quits.

Unfortunately I went in today and got the worst manicure I have ever had. It took two hours to remove gel nails and manicure with clear paint only. Way too long. The manicure is so sad. The nails are all uneven lengths, the tips are jagged still and snagging everything, the paint started bubbling and chipping the moment I walked out, and she actually left pieces of acrylic nail on my finger nail, AND JUST PAINTED OVER IT. I spent my entire lunch break waiting and I’m so disappointed. The owners are very nice, but don’t come here during busy hours.
