Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ll say this. Great place for coloring. However, don’t try anything new here, or get close to a pair of scissors. Wanted no length off, just some long layers. Which was addressed multiple times. Walked out with 4 inches cut off. Kinda cute when styled.. Choppy mess when not.. And besides that, no where close to what I wanted. Their way of “fixing it” was applying these extensions.. Do they look good to you? See the pictures below, the style I left with (no layers, just super short?), cut that I wanted, unstyled, and the extensions… Very upset with how it was handled as well. Stylist stated she basically “gave me what I asked for, end of discussion” Not professional by any means. Hair can give a lot of confidence, and when it’s ruined w/ no remorse.. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came across this salon after being screwed over by my last hair stylist. My problem is I am extremely picky on who does my hair. I needed a great hair colorist quickly. They were able to get me in within a couple of days, were significantly more affordable than other places I had been to, and were much more professional than the person I was with before! All of these ladies are the best; however, Alex is THE BEST colorist I could ever ask for! She has always delivered on the exact fun colors I’ve described! Whether I am getting funky blues and purples or blonde highlights she always does beautiful work! I came across this salon after being screwed over by my last hair stylist. My problem is I am extremely picky on who does my hair. I needed a great hair colorist quickly. They were able to get me in within a couple of days, were significantly more affordable than other places I had been to, and were much more professional than the person I was with before! All of these ladies are the best; however, Alex is THE BEST colorist I could ever ask for! She has always delivered on the exact fun colors I’ve described!
