Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been coming to this salon for about 5 years , the service never fails !Both Aide and Perla are super good at what they do . I love my hair coloring and highlights. I also have the Brazilian blowout done regularly .My children also get their haircuts here and they love it ! We are treated as family every rime we come . I wouldn’t go any where else . I have been coming to this salon for about 5 years , the service never fails !

Critical: QualityThis was my first time here (was in LA last weekend). I wanted to get a trim to my long hair with only wetting it (no shampoo). Perla was kind enough to see me without an appointment. She ended cutting off more than I wanted when she was touching up my layers. When she blow dried my hair it didn’t look bad but when I washed it 2 days later, I noticed how funky it was! The layers were choppy and not blended and she didn’t really provide texture. Luckily I went to another salon and they fixed it well considering what they were working with, but now my hair is just above my shoulders. This was my first time here (was in LA last weekend). I wanted to get a trim to my long hair with only wetting it (no shampoo). Perla was kind enough to see me without an appointment. She ended cutting off more than I wanted when she was touching up my layers. When she blow dried my hair it didn’t look bad but when I washed it 2 days later, I noticed how funky it was!
