Critical: QualityI visited Mystic Retreat Med Spa for the first time in late Sept. They were quick to get me in for an appt for Botox. Ive had Botox a few years ago and loved it but life got busy so it had been over a year since my last treatment. This establishment is close to my house so I thought I would give it a try. The office is very clean and nice but the Botox that I received did very little if ANY. I received my normal 30-35 units and saw very little change by my two week follow up appt. I expressed concern and was offered to try a little more Botox (touch up) or to try a different product. I left that decision for her to make since I know very little about other products. I contacted her at the end of October to them know that two more weeks had gone by and still ZERO CHANGE. She said that she would call me back once she talked to the doctor as to how to proceed. I never received a return phone call. I just called the office again to follow up and have been informed that they “cant really control whether or not Botox works for me” so I can come back in to try another product but that it will be another $350. This is absurd to me. Why would I trust this Med Spa with another $300+ if they cant promise at least some sort of result. Very disappointed!
