It was such a pleasant experience walking into Mystic Nails Spa. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the door by each person. My pedicure appointment was at 3:30 and I was seated right away. They made sure I was comfortable and the water was at a perfect temperature. Ruby was my nail tech and she was nothing short of amazing. The prices are also reasonable for the quality of work being done. Thank you so much! I will be returning as you have gained a new customer.

She started off with hurting my nails when she was cleaning my cuticles and I later found out that she doesn’t even clean her tools after the usage when she was putting them away. My nail surface is so uneven from her attempt to do those silver lining and I see bubbles on my nails as well. Just the worst nail shop I have ever been! they did amazing on my nail designs, however whenever she painted the right design she went over w a top coat before it was dry and smeared the white paint. i wasn’t too worried about it since i’m only going to have these nails for a couple weeks anyway. the part that really made me upset was my cuticles. getting my cuticles cut always hurt a little bit so i tried not to think about it whenever i was getting it done but after i got home i realized my left ring finger was bleeding and 3 days later my thumbs are still swollen. My left ring finger is still very sore but it was also not applied that well, it lifts but not easily enough to where i can get it off.

My first time visiting this nail salon and my last. I made an appointment the day before thanksgiving to get a full acrylic set and gel polish on my toes. The shape of my nails were awful. I asked for square but they just were not to my liking and knew I would be reshaping them once I got home. My toes came out great.. I loved them. 2 days after my appointment one of my nails completely came off on its own as well as on one of my toes the gel polish came off. I went back to the shop to get it fixed and the lady that did my acrylic full set kept asking me am I sure she did my nails. It wasn’t even a week ago.. Yes you did my nails. She fixed them and charged me only $5.. Okay cool. I asked about getting my toe nail fixed and she said I would have to come back tomorrow when the man was there that did them. I did not go back and will not be returning. I paid $90 for a full acrylic set with 1 color and gel polish on my toes (no pedicure). I wouldn’t mind paying that price if they were up to par but I was very unsatisfied with how my nails came out.

The woman was aggressive with her up selling, I told her I didn’t want gel three times but she legitimately wasn’t taking no for an answer, I felt like she bullied me until I gave in. Then she rushed through the manicure and was rough with my hands, she told me I had “so much skin” and proceeded to hack away at my cuticles, she made me bleed twice – the nails themselves are uneven and lumpy. The worst part was a day or two after the initial manicure, my cuticles started completely shredding. Honestly just save your money and go elsewhere

My best friend got some freestyle nail art on her toes and they turned out so cute! Nice selection of colors, clean, well priced, and courteous.
