Very happy with my dip manicure. I needed my nails done last minute for an event and this salon was able to squeeze me in. The location seemed a little sketchy (there was an altercation outside and they locked the salon doors for a bit) and the tech doing my nails didn’t really understand me…but there were others to translate and he did a great job. Very carefully prepped the nails, worked neatly, no cuticle pooling. The dip manicure has lasted a full 3 weeks so far (I’ve filed the tips down once) and no lifting or chipping whatsoever.

I will NEVER go back here. I made an appointment over the phone and was very clear about what I wanted. They started working on my nails, then told me I needed to come back in an hour. So I drove all the way home, and came back an hour later. They sat me down in a chair and I waited another 20 minutes with no one speaking to me. I stood up, and walked out. Absolutely disrespectful waste of my time.

I’ve been coming to this place for the past 6 months and unfortunately the service has declined greatly after my 1st – 2nd visit. I have never felt more uncomfortable in my entire life at a nail salon! I also have never experienced racism, but I can’t think of any other reason why the nail tech has been so rude to me. The ladies who have done my pedicures/ feet are very nice HOWEVER the lady who does the dipping powder on my natural nails has been consistently very rude and has a very bad attitude. I always ask “how are you?” And she ignores it. I am also particular about colors on my nails/hands and she always gives me a limited selection to chose from even though they have tons of other powder colors on the shelves. She is very kind to other customers and greets them when they walk in which I have witnessed every time, but I am not treated with the same politeness or even a friendly greeting on any level. During my recent visit, I tried to tell her that I wanted gel polish just like the color on my toes from my last visit (couldnt remember the number for the color) and she was ver dismissive even when I showed her the color it was most similar to. Told me I could only chose from a small selection. Not to mention she raised her voice at me while talking and started looking at me like I was crazy and then proceeded to look at the other customers as if she was trying to embarrass me. I doubt I will go back to this place and they should treat all of their customers the same no matter how picky someone is. If you are a nail tech it’s your job to try and help someone with what they want or are looking for!

They did such a great job on my toes and nails. The attention to detail. Listened to exactly what I wanted how I wanted and if there was something I wanted to change. They fixed it with no problem. The purpose was to make sure I’m happy & they did!!! Very great communication!! No attitude welcoming great energy. I felt like I had been doing my nails there for years! And I noticed everyone else as well being happy with what ever service they got as well!! So that says a lot about a business, everyone that was there seemed genuinely happy to be there working and doing what they love!!
