Critical: QualityI had my nails done here yesterday, I had never been to this establishment before but I was in a bind for time and figured if I chose a simple enough design it would be fine to last me a little while. I was so so wrong. I will definitely be researching more thoroughly in the future. My nails came out so lumpy and poorly done. They look almost “globby”? The nail techs here seemed friendly enough and the girl that painted the flowers on seemed really sweet but I knew if I complained to them I would either get another unacceptable set or just have them removed. This does not look like the work of a professional, experienced, nail salon. I had my nails done here yesterday, I had never been to this establishment before but I was in a bind for time and figured if I chose a simple enough design it would be fine to last me a little while. I was so so wrong. I will definitely be researching more thoroughly in the future. My nails came out so lumpy and poorly done. They look almost “globby”? Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTERRIBLE! Disrespectful & Bizarre behavior by the Male technician who was RUDE & angry when I came to salon to have 3 nails repaired. I waited for 25 minutes while 3 other customers without appointments were taken ahead of me. I very politely asked if i could go next & that’s when the (female) owner complained to a customer that the salon makes no $$ on nail repairs. (I had no problem & fully expected to pay) Male technician was agitated the entire time he was repairing my nails. He used different color on the nails he repaired & didn’t even finish one nail (see photo). I told him that my nails looked ridiculous because they were a different pink & white (I had the original set done at this same salon). He said that it was the best he can do, its not his problem that the other tech used a different color. I was polite the entire experience and did nothing to provoke his bizarre behavior. TERRIBLE! Disrespectful & Bizarre behavior by the Male technician who was RUDE & angry when I came to salon to have 3 nails repaired. I waited for 25 minutes while 3 other customers without appointments were taken ahead of me.
