My daughter got a full set of acrylic nails on Saturday. The technician dremeled too deep on her pinky and it burned for 2 days. I got a gel manicure, and my technician nicked my pinky and made it bleed. She knew she nicked me too because she did apologize. However, we were not offered any kind of a discount for our pain. If anything I felt like they charged us even more. This salon is very expensive, and the quality is not good at all. My daughter was not happy with her acrylics and my technician messed up one of my nails. She knew she messed it up, but didn’t do anything to fix it. I am very disappointed that we had to leave unsatisfied. I will never stray from my home town nail salon again. They are much cheaper and do an excellent job with everything. The only reason we went to Mystic was because we were in that area when we decided on a whim to get our nails done. I will never go back to Mystic Nails. I DO NOT recommend them for anything!
