Custom service here is awful!!! I had a gel manicure on Friday by Monday, 3 nails were chipped. On Tuesday I returned to have them repaired only to be told it was my fault. “I’ll repair them but how do I know it’s is not your fault?” I replied, “one (1) nail maybe but three (3)? What needs to happen?” The gentleman huffed and mumbled under his breath, repaired my nails and told me “this will be the last time.” I agreed! I will NOT be back!!!!

I personally like the people in the salon, but recently a service I had done( dip nails) were just not worth the money and energy I had to spend to get them done. I was in town and they are the only salon I use when I’m home, but the nails just looked awful from day one I left town to the following week. I was told I waited to let them know and the owner gladly said I can come back, but the person who initially did them called me shortly after to say Na you need to pay $25 to have them fixed. I was insulted knowing that I paid $89 for hands and feet and my hands looked awful from the get( y’all I even went back on my time home to get them fixed) I’ll post day after pic and week after. Y’all I was shook at how bad my nails look and I was told what am I doing..ladies a top coat should not peel 1-2 days after and dip should last more than one week. After my long-time technician closed her salon, I have been searching for a new place for over a year. I have tried 4 other shops and not been satisfied with customer service, performance, cleanliness, or some other aspect of my experiences. Then I tried Mystic. Even on a busy Saturday, the staff was friendly and thorough. The atmosphere was relaxing, even though it was pretty packed. My technician did a great job on my deluxe pedicure. I advise you to splurge on the upgraded polish because it lasts longer and is super smooth and shiny. The massage chairs are HEAVEN! The shop was pristine, and the pedicure chairs have single-use plastic liners that are changed after every customer. I think I found my new salon!!

I have been to this salon many times. I used to see Haley, she was great but sadly moved. I have gone a couple times since then and did not have good experiences. Today I went and was the only person waiting when I arrived. They asked what I wanted done and I took a seat. Two more ladies walked in and after about 40 minutes they were seated first by the owner. The other tech told the owner I was there first so she sat me for a gel manicure. The owner did the manicure and the whole thing was rushed and sloppy. She was very rough and made my cuticles bleed. The polish looks decent but she did not shape the nail. And to top it all off, she only massaged one hand and quickly led me to pay. I am sure there are some good techs there, but I will not be going back. I have tried multiple times and have been disappointed every time.

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been to this place back in July to get a full set and it took forever and it was only 2 other customers but that experience does not take the cake to this one! I went in there today and they said a 20 minute wait. 30 minutes later, I was looking up wondering what in the world. I guess he saw the look on my face and started reassuring me that the lady was doing something still. I was on the phone with my mother and she said you’re still there and I said yes, i’ve been here for over 30 minutes already and the male worker feels the need to say “well you could’ve walked out a long time ago” so I walked out and took my money elsewhere! This place is just as disgusting as their attitude. I am usually happy with my experience, when I have Froggy. Signed in before 6:30 and they were not that busy, maybe 4 customers. Then about 10 minutes later, I’m told that they can’t take me because they close at 7, even though the door and website say 7:30 and that is what I have always none to be true. So I went to Euro Nails who DOES close at 7, they were packed, like 12 people, but they gladly took me at 6:40. They obviously value a customer and a dollar.
