Louis and NT were both so amazing. I got an acrylic manicure with gel and and Louis was so fast and professional. NT did my pedicure and she gave me the best leg and foot massage. Everybody there is so friendly and professional. I came here on vacation with my mom and they treated us both like princesses. Next time in Florida I will definitely be coming back!!

Spent $215 for or 2 manicures and pedicures and 2 full sets asked for myself to have coffin shaped ombre French manicure nails with a Matte finish My daughter asked for coffin shaped nails with ombre and angled designs on her nails that is not what we got the nails are uneven They made me bleed on 3 out of 5 fingers on each hand when trimming my cuticles. We got there at 430 and with only one other customer whom was finished before my feet were started. I feel they were overpriced especially when you put on the acrylic before you give me a manicure and did not trim my nails…I felt when they realized how long it was taking g they began to rush and not take care. In one of my pics there is something in the acrylic

They were nice but almost all of my nails were crooked because they were trying to do them super fast, I don’t know if they were on a time crunch cause there was only 2 other people there, whatever the reason was they were rushing it, my nails weren’t too crooked and I do love the design and they were very impressive, and they had a lot of different colors and stuff, pretty good experience and I definitely will be coming again. I don’t know who was doing my nails, it was just a woman with brown hair but she is amazing at French tips!

I had been going there for several years and typically they do a fairly well job. However the last 2 times that I was in they have done a horrible job with the pedicure. The individual that typically answers the phone Provided the pedicure both times the 2nd time I told him in <3 weeks my heels were so rough. He was indifferent and said well I can only do so much. I would like to know why he was doing a pedicure if he was incompetent, I discussed with him the problem prior to the 2nd pedicure. When I called less than a week later he didn't offer a thing.
