I tried a couple places in Benicia before someone recommended that I try Mystic Nails. First time I went, I got my nails done by Gina. She is so friendly and sweet. She does a great job and my nails are looking great when I leave. I got my nails done by another girl once and she did a great job too but I look forward to going to Gina. I really appreciate her patience and attention to detail. She even helps me pick colors when I’m feeling indecisive. My nails look good and they always last 3+ weeks until I can get back in. They accept drop ins too but scheduling is easy to get your preferred person and time if you just call in with a day or so of advance.

I was a walk in on a Saturday afternoon. They were busy, but I expected this. What I appreciated the most was their customer service. I asked if they had time for a gel manicure (I keep it simple). She said yes and asked me to sit. Here’s the deal breaker….most salons I’ve been to say yes and leave you there waiting forever….not here at mystic nails. Yes I was waiting (but it was Saturday and I was a walk in) BUT they were HONEST with me. They told me how many were ahead of me and gave me a truthful waiting time. I had the choice to then sit and wait or leave. I very much appreciate this. Also, they kept me updated while I was waiting. This is a reflection of their excellent customer service. I saw Cammy and she was extremely friendly! She took the time to pay attention to details and when I couldn’t decide between two shades she tried both on a nail so I can actually see the difference! I didn’t even ask her to do that. As for the manicure….I can’t say much since I just got it done and it’s my first time here. I’ll update later

Beautiful color changing, marble art gel by Miss Gina!! I have been living here in benicia for 3 and a half years now and had not found my go to salon until I took the communities advice and tried Mystic Nails. The staff is so friendly and so funny and their work is amazing and truly lasts! There is no salon like this and I’m so grateful to now be a regular.

Have been there 3 times so far and will continue to go. I tried the new Dip Polish on my real nails and am loving it. I had acrylic for so long my nails were so thin and hurt. I went in and they suggested the Dip and my nails are so strong and healthy now. It’s a little more but totally worth it. Very friendly environment. Shown in pic. #1 and #43 hombre. $45 + tip.

I enjoy mystic nails , i cross the bridge and pay toll to go to this shop. everybody in there does a great job . i like kim, they also do the new dips ,which is so much better for your nails. The owner is always there and does her best to accommodate everyone even walk ins.

This place is amazing ! Nancy is the best ! She’s a life saver , I recently got my nails done in glen cove and did not like the work they did . So I came in to Mystic Nails to get a fill and a color and she was so nice and understanding. My nails came out amazing and I will be coming back !
