I requested a champagne and chocolate “add-on” – which left a little bit to be desired – but we were there for the massage and THAT was first-rate, especially the work on our hands and feet. I really, realllllly did not want to write this review. Especially cause the massage was a gift and was supposed to help my pain. However, I had quite the bummer experience here. While the place is lovely and people are kind it was a straight up –a bad massage.

Had my 3rd massage with Lee W, she is exceptional. I’ve had a shoulder injury for 10 years doctors cannot figure out and Physical Therapy hasn’t fixed. Every time I go Lee knows exactly what to do to provide relief. In the 10 years of having the injury only two massage therapists have been able to properly address the pain and Lee is one of them. She really knows her stuff! She is not just your run of the mill masseuse.

Beyond Disappointing. Went in yesterday for a deep tissue and cupping massage. They did call and say the therapist that originally was going to do my massage was unavailable and would I want to do a cupping and therapeutic massage instead the lady on the phone (who was super nice and helpful) assured me that it would be a great massage so I booked a 90 minute. I have to say this was one of the worst massage’s I have ever had. I have some back issues and deal with alot of pain, due to my work my neck has been very stiff and I was in need of a massage badly. I explained all my issues with my therapist and was feeling really good about it. Unfortunately she didn’t address any of my concerns, and I left feeling worse then when I came in. For 90 minutes she did the same five movements over and over. Her hands were like sand paper, and after the same repetitive motions none of which were to work out knots or problem areas my skin was irritated. I wanted to get up and leave halfway through the massage but just kept hoping it would get better! Her use of the cupping was unlike anything I have ever experienced and I’m still confused as to what she was doing. She never left the cups on my skin long enough for them to do their job, they kept slipping off and a few times were using them to massage with. To say I was disappointed is putting it mildly. I rarely ever leave reviews but for how expensive their services are I wouldn’t want anyone else to waste their money. On a more positive note…the place is very nice and tranquil. When I first walked in I was beyond excited to relax and get pampered. Unfortunately that was not at all the experience I had, and my body feels worse today (and not in the good massage way I usually feel after a massage) then it did when I went in for the massage.

Such a wonderful experience from booking through check out. My husband and I had massages to kick off our weekend getaway. The prenatal massage was heaven for these swollen ankles and sore back. He loved his massage just as much! Wish we lived closer, we’d be regulars!

Went in to see Scott for pain and discomfort for my lower back L5 and sciatica which runs down both legs. I booked a 60 min session and I was very satisfied at the end. I left feeling a lot better. I was able to stretch with no pain and mobility. I will definitely be back and definitely recommend.

Positive: QualityThis was my first spa experience but it was definitely a great one. Came here with a party of 5 and they were super accommodating. Every staff member I talked to on the phone with and emailed with was incredible. It took a lot of communication to schedule the 5 massages and facials and they were so patient and helpful. I personally had the relaxation massage and was trying not to fall asleep it was so amazing. I thought I’d be a little uncomfortable as it was my first massage but the environment and the staff ease any bit of anxiety you have.
