I usually don’t leave reviews, but this lady messed up my eyebrows so bad, took a whole chunk out, this was the worst experience ever! I will never refer anyone to this place ever, she didn’t even apologize, she told me my eyebrows already had that chunk out, The place that I usually go, I wasn’t scheduled to go to till next week that’s why I decided to go here, but never again! Ruined my whole day, and the part I can’t get past is she tried to tell me that my eyebrows already had that chunk missing, like lady do you really think I would be walking around with a big chunk of my eyebrows missing! Horrible! And I was crying ! She didn’t even apologize!!

They have always done a good job when I go to them, and my brows stay looking nicer longer. It also doesn’t irritate my skin like wax does either. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Customer service is great, and results are even better. I went in today to get eyebrows threaded, and they did an amazing job! I didn’t realize that they had changed locations until I drove by and saw. They have always done a good job when I go to them, and my brows stay looking nicer longer. It also doesn’t irritate my skin like wax does either. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Just went back today after having been gone for college, I don’t trust my brows to anyone else. I am so glad I found them after they moved locations from the mall to Westnedge. Fantastic service, very quick, and very professional. Since I always ask her to leave the thickness as is and do some shaping, they have never disappointed me! I’ll be coming back when I’m home from school again.
