Me and my mom went to get out toes and fingers done for my birthday. We were treated with attitude the minute we walked in. The lady rushed through doing my dip manicure resulting in multiple cuts on my fingers. She used a harsh drill bit when filing my nails to the point I was pulling away as it was burning me. Dirty tools and improper sanitation. As a licensed cosmetologist this was very alarming, as I’m well aware of state board sanitation regulations. When I asked for clean tools I was huffed at. Nail technician kept walking away to go to the back for some reason, and seemed agitated that she had to preform my service. Wasn’t even able to wash my hands before she grabbed my belongings and set them in a pedicure chair and walked away. Pedicure was awful at best. No dead skin removal or lotion as listed in the price menu. Sloppy polish work on my toes. Will not be back, and will be keeping an eye out for infection since they don’t use clean tools.

My nails never break, last a long time while looking good in-between fill ins, and they never have a problem trying the new idea for my nails every time I’m due for a refill. Photos were taken in the car immediately after my pedicure today. I paid $34 for a full standard pedicure. My nails are not even painted to the edges, my cuticles have not been trimmed, the ends of my nails were not filed or shaped, and the bottoms of my feet are still rough.

Second time going back to get my French tips redone. First go around, they looked great just broke and chipped one ONE week. In the midst of doing my nails, the man was so aggressive with throwing my hands around and comparing them with the other lady who did them the previous time. They are so thick, boxy, and extremely uncomfortable to just be dip nails. I use to love this place, I recommend to everyone one. It’s definitely not the same place anymore. The first pictures are my nails, the second one is what I asked for.. twice.

I made a 3pm appt and it was 345 before they took me back. Guy who did my full set seemed very rushed as well at the guy who did my pedi. I paid for extra treatment for my pedi and the massage was on my legs & hot stone massage was terrible. Stones were too big for my legs. I had Rosie and she did an amazing job!! She did the cutest little Christmas design for me and did it better thank I ever hoped! On top of that the skin on my fingers are cracked and sore from cleaning with some harsh chemicals so she was very gentle and whenever something even slightly hurt she stopped. She was awesome! I couldn’t get into my nail salon and I decided to try someone new after 3 attempts. I am now going to be a faithful customer. I loved this place. It was so busy but I was only there for a total of 50 minutes. I was waiting for 10 minutes. Alex did a wonderful job and was very polite. Great job!
