I have been coming here for YEARS i really would recommend making an appointment they are always busy BUT THAT’S A GOOD THING! i always get what am looking for when i come here i love my nails to sparkle or catch eyes I Always leave happy and oh so relaxed just thinking and letting your mind wander..The girls i see all the time are really nice always making me laugh and have a good time while I’m here i bring my 4 year old they are very sweet and accommodating making sure she’s comfortable and happy..Dont get mad and pass this place up when they are booked..Come back!! ..you will never regret it …youll be back for the TLC they provide..

Customer service is horrible. I went in for a manicure and pedicure and had my own color, but the lady said that they used their own colors and I had to choose from their selection. The women are extremely rude to the customers, and the man that did my pedicure did a poor job on my toe nails.

Made an appointment for a pedicure. Called ahead of time and reminded them of my appointment, said ill be there in 15minutes. Since its my first time there, I wanted to be sure I’d be seen (I’m aware that very often nail salon take walk ins even though theyre expecting appointments). They assure me theyre ready. i Arrived 5 minutes early, and it looks like everyone is busy with someone. I ask if my appointment was canceled in the last 15 minutes. They say they’ll see me soon. But I notices they don’t look done. After 15 minutes I say I have to pick up my son soon. I planned for an hour and 20 minutes since I expect some delay. They say to go ahead and wait theyre almost done. Another 5 minutes. They ask how Ling do I have to get my son. I say 45 minutes now. Then they say if I want to come back later. I just leave. They wasted time keeping me there when I could have gone elsewhere near by. I don’t appreciate how many nail salons do this. Make appointments but still accept walk ins so they don’t loose any money, and then keep the appointment waiting. I guess I’ll keep driving to Bonita to get my nails done instead of staying local.

Everything is unsanitary, they seemed like they were angry the entire time and yelled at my daughter. I had to leave before they even finished my nails because it was so bad. They tried to give me the wrong color, and when I told them, she rolled her eyes and walked away from me. Very unprofessional and incredibly rude. Manicure

I got cuts from the cuticle scissors, they were super rough on me..I was really disappointed at the lack of cleanliness, the technician used the same towel between two guests and the pedicure bowls weren’t being sanitized after used just wiped with the towel that was used with me. I wish I would’ve seen this before I got my service done, I would’ve left.. didn’t want to leave this review because they were really sweet.. but hopefully this pushes them to be more clean. Nail salons are supposed to feel clean and safe. First time and Won’t be going back. If you do go make sure you see them disinfecting the tools and bowls before your use.

Horrible customer service. Rude ladies. There for a 10 am appointment and taken at 11:30 am. Do not recommend. Horrible job done on pedicure. Had a diabetic pedicure for my husband. She made him bleed also did a rush job. Dirty towels and foot bowls are only washed down and mo sanitation at all. Definitely won’t be back. And I don’t recommend. They need to be reported to the board of health

Critical: QualityI usually go to this place and I’m always very happy, but this time I got acrylic nails and the lady who did my nails was named Nguyen I believe and she did not properly remove my nail polish. She also cut most of my fingers and I had requested short acrylic nails but she did them the size of my nails. Now my hands hurt every time I wash them. I usually go to this place and I’m always very happy, but this time I got acrylic nails and the lady who did my nails was named Nguyen I believe and she did not properly remove my nail polish. She also cut most of my fingers and I had requested short acrylic nails but she did them the size of my nails. Now my hands hurt every time I wash them. The ladies are nice, the prices are competitive and the place is clean. They stay busy. Make appts when possible. I do call from time to time and they take me in right away. I’m always comfortable when I go, the ladies & guy take their time. Ive seen them handle confrontation very well.. Definitely a nice small nail place.

Horrible experience just went for an eyebrow clean up and they basically left me with no eyebrows and burnt my skin they never listen for what you want. Would not recommend to go ever very rude and they do whatever they want not what you want!!!!
