Okay, where to begin. I’m usually not one to write a bad review unless it truly is bad business. It’s Friday morning and I’m first in line for my eyebrows to get waxed. The lady that works there arrived late ( which I really don’t mind but it’s a problem because of how the rest of my appointment went ) I walk in since I received a text stating It’s my turn, the lady working is talking on speaker phone with Im assuming a friend. She then points at me and signals for me to sit in the chair. I sit back and again she’s talking on speaker phone with a friend giggling. She grabs the thread and I immediately stopped her. I say, “online I scheduled for a wax.” She goes okay and starts waxing my eyebrows. She was done waxing my eyebrows in under 1 minute all while being on the phone. Didn’t even bother to clean them up with scissors when she was done. She hands me a little mirror and I immediately wanted to cry, she ruined my eyebrows.. I came here solely on the reviews. But it ended a nightmare. I will never step foot in this store ever again. If you truly care about your eyebrows and you prefer wax over thread do not, I recommend do not step foot in this store. They do not care. Shame on you for publicizing that you offer all sorts of eyebrows services but do not give it your all.

They do a really good/consistent job threading my eyebrows and applying mink lashes. You have to call ahead and make an appointment for mink lashes, which isn’t hard at all. They have great availability! I recommend!
