Just awful experience!! It would have been my first time there. I was on the search for a new lash tech as my previous tech had moved. I was very excited to had found a place close to work and convenient hours but let me tell you, when i showed up at 12:15p for my 12:30p appt Maily was the only one there and was with a client. I told her i had an appt with her as that what was on my confirmation email. She proceeded to tell me that my appt was not with her and it must be with Lily (mind you Lily had left and would not return for a few hours) She called Lily 4-5 times, she did not answer she then asked me to call her, she picked up on the 3rd call. Again, she was also confused about my appt. After several conversations between her and Maily i was basically told that Lily would not be back in until 5pm (now its about 1:00pm) i was not going to wait until 5pm! and Maily who i had an appt with!! according to my confirmations (i received at least 3-4 conformations from them) said she would not be done with her currently client for another 1 1/2 hrs and then had another client coming in. So basically i was SOL! Just an awful experience!! So unprofessional!!! After several back and forth text messages with Lily about my deposit she finally refunded me and told her to expect a horrible review from me so i hope she’s reading this! DONOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE EXPERINCES LIKE MINE! They really should allow us to post a review with 0 Stars!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to TET Beauty for eyeliner, the owner there was very rude to me. She constantly kept asking me if I had the money to pay her while she was doing my eyeliner. I had went there to get both the upper and bottom lid of my eyes, but she said she only had time for the upper lids. She said the only way I could get both lids done was if I added another service. On top of this, the eyeliner she did on my upper lid was not very good either. I had asked her to fix it while I was there, but she demanded I pay her more if I wanted her to fix it.
