As a former ultra runner, PRN and USCF Expert coach and now starting a farm up here, happen to have many biomechanical and mobility issues, including dx bulging discs etc, and despite many years of physio, personal trainers etc was only getting worse-and surgery is something for the very last resort. Kasie has identified the systemic fascia dysfunctions which initially were the cause of these problems. Had known all along had biomechanical probs but they were never identified as being correctable. 🙁
