Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI first came to Mylinda looking for blonde color correction and help with my first time ever fusion hair extensions. I felt like I was doing everything communicated from my previous stylist to take care of my extensions but they didnt feel right. I was confused by some of the bonds that later seems to be bond stack on top of bond. I had extensions at the very top of my head which was difficult to hide and my head was so heavy with all the added extensions that were not needed. I was very grateful mylinda took me on as a client. She instantly gained my trust during the consultation when she was actually talking about hair and gave an option as to what could be going on. She was able to help me understand how we could fix what I saw as issues and it was never one way or nothing. She always gave me the client my own choice. I never felt pressured to do anything which is important I saw two stylist previously one was such a terrible experience i put off doing anything to my hair for close to 8 months. Everything we discussed in the consultation was exactly how all my appointments went. Never did anything seem to change last min. She was able to go up and beyond in fixing my color corrections. My hair looked like i had different colors of rings from the roots from reddish blonde to brown all in which mylinda corrected so beautifully. I had tried getting a light blonde color it has never been a problem for my hair in the past until these last two stylist but mylinda was able to achieve as i said the most beautiful blonde color with the very first appointment I had no damage my hair looked and felt amazing. The next day was application of all new extensions which ive been wearing for the full time about to have my second set put in very soon. The extensions matched my hair color perfectly the placement of extensions felt amazing my head was heavy with all this extra weight as before. Every appointment i have with Mylinda you can feel how much she cares about the client she makes time im never rushed and its always a great experience she works with you and explains everything and as noted never pressures you into anything. EVERYTHING from the removal of my bad extensions, blonde color corrected, new extensions and many appointments in between, to getting prepared for my second set extensions done by Mylinda has been truly amazing! After struggling with thinning hair on the top of my head, I was more than hesitant about extensions where there was so little hair, after my consult with Mylinda and my research on her work, my end result was more that I could have ever dreamed it could be.
