I came in for a full set of the volume lashes. I liked my results but they have bad customer service. I called many times to confirm my appointment time and nobody answered the phone. When I got there they were sitting there with ear phones in, which explains why my calls were ignored . My lash lady was very short with me and the appointment took an hour longer than I was told. My lashes turned out great, so I did tip, but they still have some issues that need to be addressed.

I have been going here for a little over 6 months now. First time I went i got my lashes done by a girl that apparently didn’t know what she was doing. My lashes kept falling sideways and laying in different directions which made it very uncomfortable. When went if for a fill i had a more experienced gal the minute she looked at my lashes she started huffing and puffing because she said i was the 3rd Client that day she had to put a completely new set on because her coworker doesn’t put the lashes on properly. I was thankful for her fixing them and my lashes looked great the months that she had done them. However now She is on leave as well as the other woman that does a good job. On December 29th i went into get my lashes filled and had to go back to the girl that didn’t put my lashes on properly in the first place. I had noticed that my lashes were falling out like crazy and were back to laying sideways and poking me in the eye. I called yesterday and explained to them manager what was going on and she said because its had be a week and 4 days since i got my lashes done that they will not fix them and that i had to pay them $130 for a new full set. I told her she was out of her mind, they didn’t a bad job on putting on a set of lashes and i am the one that has to pay MORE money to fix their mistake for the SECOND time!! i have heard them do this to multiple clients and I was told by their own employee that several of the girls at the salon aren’t licensed. These people are scammers and will take charge people when they arent doing things properly the first time. I have called and reported them to the health department and i have also contacted the BBB. PAY A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS and get your lashes done somewhere else where they are done by licensed professionals and are done the correct way the first time!!

This place is AWFUL with horrible customer service. My cousin saved up a lot of money to get her lashes done and showed “vic” a picture of what she wanted. She got what looks like caterpillars glued to her eyes, and shortly after the lashes fell out in clumps. She went back and they argued with her and lied to my aunt about who the manager was and refused to give her a refund. Horrible horrible horrible. Do NOT go here.
