Matt is so caring and really just wants to help you keep doing whatever it is you’re doing. Which for me is girevoy sport or kettlebell sport. I do a lot of work with my shoulders, back, and hips…they often time get a little angry with me, but Matt is there to help massage them back to health. He helps me to continue to perform at the level I need to for competitions. But, more importantly he just helps me to keep moving! I always feel rejuvenated after a session.
