Served by Joey. Spent more than $500 on hair rebonding and treatment but gotten all my ends damaged and coarse! Worse off than my original hair condition! Still have the cheek to say she expected even worse results?!! Omg! Followed her recommendation for their best and most expensive rebonding that touted to have the least chemicals and yet ended up with fried and damaged hair ends! She tried to salvage by cutting my hair even shorter but to no avail. Before I left, still attempted to sell me their $1k package!

uh im so confused as to why the ratings are so high for this hair salon?? I paid $42.80 for a hair wash, blow and cut by my hairstylist Macy, and my hair came out looking horrendous. Even showed her a picture of what I initially wanted. I told her it should look similar to the photo shown, but the final look was way off what I showed her! i just don’t understand how she can mess up my hair this bad. Yes i said that it was okay to give me a shorter cut. But from first glance even I can already tell that there were too much layering and too much short hair at the front.

I am so utterly disappointed by the service provided by Joey at Lot One Myeongdong. I had seen countless highly raved FB reviews on her, so I had decided to sway from my usual hair stylist and try a new stylist. Never in 20+ years of my life would I have thought that my hair would be butchered like a chicken steak. I had paid $20+ for a simple hair cut, but look what I walked out with!!!!!! I am fuming mad. All of my colleagues and family laughed at me. This hair has cost me many sleepless nights until i finally sought another hair stylist (in the middle of my work) as I had enough. Pls refer to the photos I have attached as reference of what I wanted, and what I got, and how the 2nd stylist saved my hair. I am not looking for money compensation. I only want to let the public know that if you are going to Myeongdong Hair Studio, please beware.
