She canceled 10 minutes before my appointment. I’ve emailed several times requesting a refund of the deposit with no response. I understand things happen, but she should have been at the facility getting ready at 10 minutes before my appointment. The no response to the refund request is unprofessional, as well.

I have waxed with european wax center & independent waxes before for three years & nothing tops this experience! Dee is fantastic. She was friendly and personable from start to finish. She went over care instructions for before and after, providing time frames and frequency for exfoliating and moisturizing. She took her time and explained how the process would go if I continued. We talked the entire appointment. She answered every question that I had and set me up for my next appointment once she was finished. It’s easy to tell that she loves what she does.

I got a Brazilian wax with Dee. First of all she is so professional, polite and educated. She was so personable and made it fun,(I know waxing does not sound fun lol) but I really felt minimal pain. I am dramatic and she was really patient with me. I found my new wax lady!! Don’t second guess it, if you need a wax book her asap.

May I start off with I know I am a male and not all waxers will perform A Brazilian on a guy. Which is why the very first question I asked when I messaged Dee was I understand if you don’t do it but I would like to make an appointment if you do. Then I actually gave her a call talk to her on the phone and she told me she would give me a Brazilian if my wife was with me in the room which totally understand. I then proceeded to make an appointment which she never really responded then my wife went in for her own Brazilian and asked about myself and then she scheduled an appointment for me and that goes into the second message in the pictures where she had messed up the days and made me reschedule . So I show up on the next scheduled appointment I’ve got there at 2:30 but waited till 3:15 because I wasn’t sure if maybe we got confused and she made it for the 3 o’clock appointment. So needless to say unfortunately this place is very close to my home but I will be going elsewhere for my services and also my wife and I will be talking to the other friends that had recommended her to us just to give them an update of my situation. I feel as if this could have been the worst customer service that a business owner could have ever done to a customer.
